This champagne looks like Eusebe : very elegant and in search of the perfect balance. Drawing on the range of unique aromas from a single vintage, Marie-Noëlle vinifies Eusebe so that it represents the quality of the Grand -Cru terroir of Verzy and Verzenay. 30% Chardonnay from Verzenay blends with Pinot Noir from Verzy and Verzenay in a blend of rare aromatic complexity.
